We want you to feel good about what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Refunds
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
To be eligible for a refund:
● The item must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed
● Tags and original packaging must be intact
● You must provide proof of purchase
Please email us at passioclothing@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
Size Swaps (GTA Only)
If you ordered the wrong size and are located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), you can exchange the item in person at our physical location — only if we have your preferred size in stock.
To be eligible:
● The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags ● You must reach out within 14 days of receiving your order to book a time
● Walk-ins are not accepted — please email us first to schedule We do not offer shipping-based exchanges, and we do not cover return shipping costs.
